Low blood pressure is an abnormal condition when a person's blood pressure is much lower than usual, causing dizziness or lightheadedness, thereby resulting in inadequate blood flow to the heart and other vital organs.

Try these remedies at home:
- A cup of raw beetroot juice is one of the most effective remedy
- B Vitamins and protein also prove benficial.
- Hot epsom baths (1.5 kg of salt in a hot water bath) for 10-20 minutes before bedtime is adviced.
- Salty foods are recommended.
