Advice on menstruation

I have not been getting periods for the past 3 months. I am 5'4'feet and 74kgs. Also have been having irregular menses problem since I started getting periods. Can u please offer advice.

I know what you are going through. I have not had my period in almost nine months and it is driving me crazy. Mainly because I am trying to have a baby.

The only thing I could tell you is if you have insurance then go to the gynecologist as soon as you could. If I was insured I would have been there ten years ago. I wish you all the best and I hope everything is okay.

My mom once told me to put hot compresses on my lower stomach to get the blood flowing. I never tried it so I dont know if it works. If you do try it let me know how it is.

I would advice you to take the guidance of a gynaecologist, at the earliest, if the problem is persisting from the beginning.
