Lose weight through natural ways, to avoid any side effects in future. A combination of diet and exercise is essential for optimal weight loss. - Mint is very beneficial in losing weight.
Spicy condiment of green mint with some simple spices can be taken with meals. Mint tea also helps. - Honey is an excellent home remedy for obesity. It mobilizes the extra deposited fat in the body allowing it to be utilized as energy for normal functions. One should start with small quantity of about 10 grams or a tablespoon, taken with hot water early in the morning. A teaspoonful of fresh lemon juice may also be added.
- Raw or cooked cabbage inhibits the conversion of sugar and other carbohydrates into fat. Hence, it is of great value in weight reduction
- Avoid the consumption of, fast foods, sweets and chocolates, cakes; instead include healthier options like pulses and legumes, skimmed milk and yoghurt, whole wheat flour.
- Do not overindulge in eating any one type of food. Keep your diet balanced. Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
- Exercise regularly for at least 40-45 minutes daily. Increase the intensity and duration gradually. Be patient and make these healthy lifestyle changes forever.
