Health advice on weight loss: I weigh 67 kgs/5` tall. I have put on weight post pregnancy. My tummy is also bulging. Request you to suggest a suitable diet and exercise plan so that I can lose weight, especially around my waist, thighs, hips and stomach.

Dietary advice on weight loss
1. Drink lime juice with honey and water
2. Eat high fibre foods such as raw vegetables, fibrous fruits, whole grain foods.
3. Low calorie foods
4. Substitute rice with wheat, as it has more fibre
5. Choose skimmed milk or cow's milk instead of whole milk.


Foods to avoid
1. Ice cream and whole milk products
2. High calorie foods like chocolates and cakes
3. Empty calorie providers like sweetened carbonated beverages


Exercise for weight loss and good health

1. Walking, jogging, swimming
2. Aerobics
3. Yogasana- Spinal twist, suryanamaskar and cobra
