Health advice on weight loss
I weigh 67 kgs/5` tall. I have put on weight post pregnancy. My tummy is also bulging. Request you to suggest a suitable diet and exercise plan so that I can lose weight, especially around my waist, thighs, hips and stomach.

Dietary advice on weight loss
- Drink lime juice with honey and water
- Eat high fibre foods such as raw vegetables, fibrous fruits, whole grain foods.
- Substitute rice with wheat, as it has more fibre
- Choose skimmed milk or cow's milk instead of whole milk.
Foods to avoid
- Ice cream and whole milk products
- High calorie foods like chocolates and cakes
- Empty calorie providers like sweetened carbonated beverages
Exercise for weight loss and good health
- Walking, jogging, swimming
- Yogasana- Spinal twist, suryanamaskar and cobra
