Have just gone thru a great spell after just drinking a yeast drink morning and night. Heaped teaspoon in half a glass of water. This has now lasted for 2 months. Fingers crossed. Use a live yeast and keep in fridge once container opened. Not even sure what kind of yeast just a normal stuff used to make bread (Edmonds in New Zealand).

Sometimes put in glass in hotwater cupboard overnight and gets a bit of a head on it and easier to drink first thing in morning.

Could be coincidental but I'm not about to stop. Have tried many options in diets, drugs etc
