Question on liver cleansing herb
Does the herb to clean the liver have side effects. And what are they

As stated above, milk thistle is a great liver tonic. I also like to include dandelion with the milk thistle. I have personally never experienced any side effects and have just felt better when using these herbs.

go to your healt food store and get you some milk thistle to help liver funcition
