The liver is an often under appreciated organ, until something goes wrong. There are many herbs available that can help your liver. Some things you can do are:
  1. increase your water intake to help flush toxins through your liver
  2. drink several cups of rose hip and/or dandelion tea per day
Taking the following herbs will also help your liver deal with whatever toxicity is currently causing the problems you are experiencing: St. Marys Thistle, Rosehips, Dandelion, Fennel, Mugwart, and Nettle. These are usually found in capsule or tea form. As with any health concern, it is important to follow a healthy diet with plenty of whole foods and raw fruits and vegetables. Avoiding soft drinks and alcohol are key to helping your liver do its job without any bad effects.

Acupuncture might also be helpful to treat your symptoms in combination with an herbal treatment and dietary/lifestyle changes. Taking a multivitamin is good practice anyway and especially when you are having problems.

I would also suggest that you consult a specialist as soon as possible to get a better idea of what might be causing your symptoms so that you can better treat the problem with the correct blend of herbs and nutrients.
