You can try a supplement called calcium d-glucarate, it binds to excess estrogen in the colon, thus allowing for its excretion.

Women can alleviate many symptoms of pre-menstrual syndrome by modifying their diet. Restricting  / eliminating certain foods or drinks  reduces the symptoms to a considerable level.

Hypoglycemia - low blood sugar afflicts many women suffering from PMS.Hence, care should be taken to maintain normal blood sugar levels. Try avoiding snacks and fast foods, as they contain a lot of salt, thereby resulting in bloating and water retention. Avoid alcohol, as it worsens headache, fatigue and depression. Carbohydrates relieve symptoms like mood swings and anxiety and hence carbohydrates such as whole grains, pasta and cereals can be considered in the diet. Cramps can be curtailed by taking calcium supplements, under the guidance of your physician.
