Apple cider vinegar is obtained from the fermentation of apple juice, which on fermentation provides alcoholic apple cider that is combined with oxygen to produce acetic acid. The benefits include:

- The potassium makes the blood thinner and is thereby helpful in controlling blood pressure.
- It helps remove body toxins.



- It is helpful in reducing weight, as it burns the calories or reduces the appetite.
- It is the greatest enemy of acid crystalsand thereby prevents premature ageing.
- Minerals like manganese, calcium, magnesium, silicon and iron present in cider vinegar helps in developing bone mass and thereby makes you strong.



- It improves digestion and assimilation in the body.
- Relief from asthma by ingesting apple cider vinegar is under research.
