Vertigo or dizziness is not a disease, but a typical symptom of an underlying disorder. Loss of balance is a common symptom of vertigo. Check out these remedies: - Soak 2 tsp of almonds+2 tsp pumpkin seeds (without shells)+a teaspoon of poppy seeds+3 tablespoons of wheat. Remove the almond skins and grind the mixture in the morning. Saute 1/2 teaspoon cloves in a little butter, add it to the paste mixture with some milk, and boil. Add some sugar and drink.
