Hepatitis C remedies

Is there any remedy for hepa C?
( 6 Feb 2007)

There is no single "remedy" for Hepatitis C.  It will take a combination of lifestyle changes, therapies, natural medicines and your motivation to support the liver through the healing process.  Luckily, the liver has the potential of regeneration, so, over time you should expect improvements.

I would strongly recommend you seek the advice of a trained health care professional who can help you choose options which make sense for you.  Sorry, no quick fix!

I've seen very good results with some people using Acupuncture and Chinese herbs.  I'm very cautious using milk thistle for all liver issues.  There's an old saying in Chinese Medicine about not "locking the robber in the house."  Unless you have properly supported and drained the liver, milk thistle has the potential to do this by protecting  the liver from the outside.  Of course, there are homeopathic remedies and botanical medicines which can be incorporated into a comprehensive treatment plan.  These should be customized for your particular situation.  http://www.countrydoc.com

Hepatitis C is the most fatal and fails to reveal any symptoms. It is transmitted through contaminated blood. Untreated, hepatitis C can lead to many chronic conditions including liver failure, liver cancer and cirrhosis. Treatment requires lifestyle change, healthy dietary regimen, and exercises.

Treatment:
1. S-Adenosyl methionine assists in the resolution of blocked bile flow (cholestasis), a common condition associated with chronic hepatitis.
2. Homoeopathy has a holistic approach and is applicable in curing majority of the diseases.
3. Milk thistle is a famous herbal remedy, which contains a flavonoid silymarin, capable of treating all liver diseases.
4. Aloe vera juice acts as a natural antiviral and immune potentiator.
5. Tomatoes, onion, garlic and soy products are beneficial.
6. Vitamin E helps to prevent cell damage by inhibiting the oxidation of lipids (fats) in the liver and the formation of free radicals.

Tips:
Be careful with tattoo piercings and tatoos.
Avoid sharing razors and toothbrushes.
