Natural cure for piles
Dear sir,
I am suffering by piles about ten years. Few weeks before i had high constipation and now it is bleeding from five days.very less pain when stools coming out. I am a diabetic patient.please give me your valuble advice. T

Constipation in piles can be reduced by intake of high fibre foods, such as, whole grains, cereals, fresh fruits and vegetables. Increase your fluid intake. Exercise and regularity in bowels are essential.
