Cure for acid reflux

any ideas on what i can use for acid reflux?

Yes u can live comfortable life if you aviod fried food,meat,milk and by eat steam vegitable,grill fish ,dinner should be taken two hours before bed,the  bed you sleep on from head side makea little higher by putting stone under,this will really make you comfortable.

Drink barley grass or Barley Green. My father had extreme acid reflux and Barley Green really worked well in controlling it.

Three other things that might help are mastic gum, DGL and apple cider vinegar.

Eat small meals, especially at dinner, don't over eat. Cut down on coffee. Try to drink only two cups a day. Avoid fast foods and processed foods. Eating apples can help lower stomach acid.

There are several suggestions on this site, under the "GERD" heading.  If the laxity of the lower esophageal sphincter is due to stress, then adrenal support herbs and/or supplements may be helpful.  Licorice root extract or tincture can often be helpful to rebalance adrenal function.  Other stress management techniques, such as meditation may also be effective.  Food sensitivities can often make acid reflux worse.  So, being tested for food sensitivities and avoiding these foods can be effective in decreasing the frequency of acid reflux.  http://www.countrydoc.com
