Question on TB and sweets consumption
can a tuberculosis patient take sweets?

The most important point to be considered in the dietary regimen of a tuberculosis patient is that the food should be easily digestible and absorbed and appetising.It should be bland. Sweets are generally avoided, as they are high fat foods, which might contribute to diarrhoea and gastric upsets.
