Neuritis refers to the inflammation and malfunctioning of nerves. It can involve a single nerve or a series of them. Chronic acidosis, which is generally attributed to faulty diet is a major culprit. Other factors which contribute are:
- Nutritional deficiencies(B Vitamins)
- Stress
- Fracture / bruise
- Improper living habits
- Infections such as tetanus, diabetes and tuberculosis
