It appears that you are confusing piles with some other eye affliction. Before we proceed further let us look at the disorder known as piles. The term hemorrhoids has also been used to describe the affliction that people term as piles.
This effectively refers to a problem which does not occur near the eye but near the anal region and even in it. There is inflammation present and subsequently the pain caused can be rather acute. Piles has nothing to do with the eye since it is caused on account of straining. This straining is directly linked to hard stools which are common due to problems like dietary habits. A basic factor which could lead to this occurrence would be meals that lack enough fiber. Thus, piles do not appear on one’s eyes and have nothing to do with them. There are plenty of other problems which could target your eyes. Since you have used the term piles, it could be that you have some sort of bump in this region. Thus, there is a possibility that the affliction you are facing in your eye could be a stye. You will find plenty of information on this eye problem since styes are rather widespread. There is another widespread problem that is not only similar to a stye but could also be mistaken for one. This is termed as a chalazion. Both of these are bumps on the eyelids and are very alike. However, the latter usually is not painful and the sizes of these bumps are minimal.
If it is a stye that you are facing, you will find that the following home treatments should be able to take care of the problem. A common home remedy which works not only in case of styes but even other kinds of bumps would be a warm washcloth. This should be used as a warm compress but should be moist, so that the eye finds some relief. This can be done a number of times in the course of the day. However, avoid popping the bump as this could lead to infection. You should look into prevention of various eye afflictions by adopting basic measures such as not sharing eye makeup. When it comes to eye makeup other measures, such as disposal of old makeup and cleaning the same from one’s eyes, are very important. These basic steps can help you stave off a lot of different kinds of problems with the eyes.
