Stretch Mark Home Remedy
Hi I am having stretch marks and seeking for an completely home made therapy to remove these marks completely. Please advice.

Stretch marks are a common problem for most people. While some may dismiss stretch marks as a pregnant woman’s problem, what people need to realize is that all of us are prone to stretch marks when our skin is faced with sudden bulging or our body undergoes change. This means that those who gain weight, as most of us do at some point, are likely to have those telltale marks.
Even when people work out, as their muscles develop, there is a chance that these marks might develop as well. Sometimes there is just no avoiding them, since even adolescence and the accompanying body changes could lead to these lines. They typically appear as streaks which could range from pink to purple or some other such color or as bright streaks. They could start out as lines which are indented and eventually fade to a light color like white or pink. Usually our stomachs, breasts, hips and other such areas are the ones to bear these marks. Bear in mind that too many stretch marks could be indicative of an underlying problem like Cushing's disease. Such disorders are usually rare and it is usually only excessive stretch marks that should concern you. Because these streaks are related to excess cortisone production, medication which involves cortisone can cause people to be more susceptible to this problem.
Since this is such a major concern, especially for women who have been through pregnancy, there has been a lot of research into the matter. The following home remedies for stretch marks should be able to help you deal with the problem. Wheat germ oil and daily massages are two home treatments that help. Often, the application of Vitamin E, such as the oil taken from Vitamin E capsules could help with these marks. The thing to do is to rub the oil on the marks, allow some time for it to set in and then clean it with a tissue or you could wash your skin. As with other skin problems, you can’t do without good nutrition. A healthy diet, combining plenty of fresh fruits with a variety of vegetables can do wonders for your skin and health. Most of us would like to believe that skin issues can be tackled with the application of a magic potion, without changing our unhealthy diet and lifestyle, but this simply isn’t possible. In addition to this, keep in mind that stretch marks are also caused by weight gain and therefore an everyday routine of some moderate exercise should be a part of your lifestyle.
