Skin problems are common and of various kinds, ranging from zits to acne to large pores. You would have to more specific about what kind of deep marks you are talking about and which part of you face they occur. As far as big pores are concerned there are few remedies available to you.
If you are a person who is prone to acne and zits then you are a likely candidate for big pores. Acne breakouts and oily skin can cause a lot of skin problems. However, the good news is that there are various treatments and acne medication that can prevent acne and thus reduce the possibility of your pores enlarging too much.
However, the size of the pores of your skin is also determined by your age, genes, hormonal changes, how oily your skin is etc. These are just a few guidelines and it is best you visit a dermatologist for more specific treatments.
Despite the fact that it is hard or next to impossible to control the size of your pores, here are a few suggestions that you can use to try and lessen the appearance of pores. Try using facial cleansers and creams that combat the process of aging by toning your skin and making it firmer. Some of these contain antioxidants that help maintain a healthy skin. Some common antioxidants are Vitamin E and A. Astringents are also a good way of toning the skin. They help remove excess oils from the skin, giving your skin a firmer and more toned look. Facial Peels and dermabrasion can also prevent and remove black heads and whiteheads. These also make the skin feel and look better as they expose the newer layers of skin. These treatments make the skin feel tighter.
Comedones that are stubborn can also enlarge your pores. Seek the help of a dermatologist and have him take out your blackheads manually. Squeezing and popping of zits by yourself is always a bad idea as it is more prone to be infected and thus leave marks and scars. If you do have big pores then your skin is more likely to retain dead cell and oil and dirt in the pores of your skin. A facial scrub or any other similar treatment can be used to clean your skin. However, you must exercise caution before you apply any kind of treatment to your skin. Some side effects could be worse than having big pores. It is always best to seek the advice of someone trained to deal with problems of the skin.
