I am afraid it is a little difficult to say exactly why you are having these pains. At your age some aches and pains are expected. You have not mentioned if you have suffered from these pains in the past.
Also, do you work? The kind of work you do determines the possible reasons for these pains. From your descriptions it appears to be a condition that affects the joints in the body. You will need to undergo a complete medical examination in order to determine the exact cause for these symptoms that you are suffering from.
In the meanwhile you can try to ease the pain by following some fairly simple precautions. For one thing you should avoid standing for long periods of time. Physical exercise of any kind should be kept to a minimum. You should avoid carrying weights and avoid climbing stairs several times. You can try to get some relief for your heel and ankles by immersing your feet in a tub of warm water. Adding a pinch of salt to the water will also help you. Keep the water as hot as you can bear and keep your feet immersed for as long as you think is necessary. Once the water has cooled down dry your feet and then lie down. Ensure that your feet are higher than the rest of your body when you lie down. Massaging your limbs with specially treated oils can also give relief. You can heat the oil slightly and then rub it hard into your skin. Leave it on for at least half an hour before you bathe and wash it off.
In addition to these simple remedies you can also make a difference to the pain you are suffering and reduce it considerably by monitoring what you eat. You should avoid eating fruits like guavas and bananas. You should also not eat yogurt or eat ice creams and soft drinks. Try to eat food that is warm or is at room temperature. Avoiding eating cold food, especially food taken directly out of the fridge. Avoid cold water.
You can roast a handful of fenugreek seeds and roughly grind them up in your mixer. Store this powder an every morning eat half a spoon with some warm water. Sipping warm water throughout the day will ease your pain. Drinking Aloe Vera juice will also help reduce the pain in your joints.
