Make sure they keep their eyes tightly shut to protect them from the damaging effects that tea tree oil could have on their delicate and sensitive eyes. And remember that you cannot use this remedy for children under the age of two years at all.

Another highly popular remedy for getting rid of lice is also using simple and plain mayonnaise on the scalp. All you would have to do is apply it on the scalp and leave it be for a good half an hour. This will effectively get rid of lice very quickly. Another remedy that can be sued for the purpose of getting rid of lice is to apply kerosene to your scalp. But you need to remember that this remedial measure will cause a burning sensation. So do not be alarmed. You have to be careful that it does not get into the eyes. These methods should show results in a couple of usages.
