Advise on Pregnancy

Is there a remedy or wise tell on how to help induce my pregnancy? Is there something that can help me naturally dilate and begin to labor?

Your question is very confusing - what exactly is it that you are trying to do? Are you trying to get pregnant, or are you already pregnant and hoping to begin labor? If you are already pregnant, there is no need for you to induce labor or dilations.

These will happen on their own, and in case of any problem it is not advisable to use any home remedies or self treatment to force labor. Hopefully, you are visiting your doctor or gynecologist regularly to check on how the pregnancy is progressing and to monitor both your health and the baby's health. You probably already know roughly when you can expect to go into labor, and if everything is going normally so far, there is no need to suppose that you will need help in beginning the process.

When the time comes, you will feel the contractions of the uterine muscles, and possibly some amount of pain. If you experience any such signs, or anything normal, you should visit your doctor for a check up, or at least consult with him or her over the phone, so that you have some guidance in deciding what to do next. Whenever you do go into labor, if there are any complications, your doctor will advise you on the available options, including a cesarean section (which involves delivering the baby by cutting the abdomen), and will help you to make a decision if necessary.

If you have been trying to become pregnant and have so far been unsuccessful, you may just need to be a little patient and avoid stressing yourself about it. Usually, medical investigation is advised only if a couple has been trying unsuccessfully to have a baby for over a year. In some cases, it may take up to two years for conception to occur, without there being any medical reason or abnormality. As long as you are under the age of 35, you can relax and take your time trying - focusing too much on trying to conceive will eventually make any sexual activity seem like a dull task that must be performed, and will unnecessarily stress both of you out. If you are over 35, it is better to consult a doctor immediately, as pregnancy may not be possible within a few years. The doctor will perform a few tests to determine whether there are any medical problems, and will suggest treatment accordingly.
