Hair loss at your age is extremely unusual, and if your diet is normal and health, and you are taking proper care of your hair, then you should visit a doctor for a check up. The hair loss may be due to a fungal infection, or it may be a symptom of some other health problem. Of course, what you are seeing may also simply be a change in your hair - at your age, many people find that their texture and growth change quite drastically.
People who have had straight hair all through their childhood sometimes develop extremely curly hair during the teen years, and sometimes hair color might also change a bit. Similarly, your growth might become a little thin - however, if you are obviously suffering from hair loss, then as mentioned, a check up might be needed.
You should be able to manage the dandruff on your own quite easily, although it may take some time.
The simplest and most effective treatment for dandruff is an anti dandruff shampoo. Home remedies sometimes help, but the results are not as consistent or quick, so ideally you should try them only if a commercially available shampoo is not working. Dandruff is usually caused when the dead skin cells on the scalp accumulate and then fall off in clumps. Normally, these cells are discarded regularly and at a rate that is barely noticeable. For unknown reasons (and sometimes due to an excessively oily scalp), this process is sometimes disrupted, and dead cells start to accumulate. Anti dandruff shampoos often contain salicylic acid, which helps the skin get rid of dead cells more efficiently. Some anti dandruff shampoos also contain anti fungal agents, as dandruff is sometimes caused by fungal infections. You should try both types of shampoos, using each one by itself for around a month to gauge its effectiveness. If the first shampoo you try does not work, you can try the second type. First try shampooing your hair daily, or at least every alternate day - if part of the problem is excessive oil, then this should solve it. However, dandruff is sometimes caused by a dry scalp, so if frequent shampooing worsens the condition, then you should decrease the frequency and also start oiling your hair a couple of times a week.
One of these variations should invariably solve your dandruff problem, but just in case they don't, you should ask your doctor about this too.
