Although blind pimples are extremely painful, you should know that for most part, they are merely superficial in nature. The typical case of a blind pimple would be a pimple that is beneath the surface of the skin. It can be seen as a mild discoloration, or a slight bump on the skin, but it cannot be felt.

These also can sometimes appear to be an angry red in color. They may also be accompanied with some amount of swelling. Or else, in rare cases, they may be completely invisible to the naked eye.

It is possible that they will only be felt by the person who is suffering from one. The usual sensation of a blind pimple is like a deep and pinching pain on the skin. You can try some simple methods and see if they work in getting rid of a blind pimple. But there is a better list you should be consulting with. And that is the list of things you should not do to get rid of a blind pimple. For instance, never try to press them out. Not only will this be extremely painful, it may also leave behind scars you might have problems getting rid of. You should also not try to scour them out, as this can also cause irreversible damage to your skin in terms of marks and scarring.

You can adopt a two fold method to get rid of these pimples. The first thing is that you should completely eliminate oily food from your diet. This will make a difference to your skin and keep it clean, thus eliminating the chances of things like ingrown and blind pimples. One way to try and get rod of them is to apply warm to hot compresses to them. You should try repeated applications. This will gently coax the pimple out of the pocket it has made for itself beneath the surface of your skin. Once it is out, you can easily get rid of it. The best thing to do would be to apply a paste made of sandalwood powder and rose water to the pimple. This will enable it to painlessly fall off with a day or two. You should also take care of your skin after this has happened so that there is no repeat of this happening. Cleanse your skin with a diluted mix of hydrogen peroxide and water. Remember to apply a non greasy moisturizer to your skin after this.
