The first thing you should know is that if there is no fever associated with the body aches, then in all probability, it not anything infectious that is affecting you. Typically, when there is an infection involves, then the body fights it off with aches and pains. But these are usually accompanied with fever.

Since you have no idea what is causing these aches and pains, you can make some simple dietary changes to take care of them. Make it a point to go to bed with a glass of comfortably hot milk to which a teaspoon of turmeric powder has been added. Turmeric is an excellent thing to consume if you are suffering from any sort of internal problem, even one that you are unaware of.

It will help to heal your body from inside, should there be something to heal. You can also make some additions to your diet to take care of these aches and pains. If possible, add meat to your diet. This will help you to be stronger and tougher and will make frequent aches and pains go away more effectively. If you are conscious about the quality of meat and the fact that it can add weight, eat it grilled as opposed to fried. You can also brew it in a cooked curry if you so desire.

You must also make it a point to add solid food to your diet. If you are suffering from body aches due to lack of nutrition, then this will take care of the problem. Increase your intake of carbohydrates for about a week or so and see if this makes a significant difference. While you may put on some weight, it is entirely possible that you may also get stronger in the process. Increase your intake of protein as well. This will add strength to your muscles and will help you to recover from the aches and pain faster, possibly stopping them altogether. You should also start eating small snacks in between meals to help you cover up nutrition you may have missed out on otherwise. Eating nuts such as pecans, walnuts, almonds, cashews or pistachios will help you to gain strength. While these are high calorie snacks, do keep in mind that they are also nutrient rich at the same time. Following these methods regularly should help you to see a visible, noticeable difference in your body aches within about a week or two.
