Every morning I have loose motion for at least 4 times. What is the reason?

You should take care that you are not plagues with these things due to your penchant for spicy food, should you have one. You should also start eating correctly, and on time. This is possible with watching what you eat and when you eat it. Eat well balanced meals, with all nutrients and food groups equally present in them. You should also try to eat five small meals a day, rather than large ones. It is essential to eat a healthy breakfast, as this will ensure that you are not "starved" at any given mealtime. Generally, starvation leads to excessive eating, or bingeing. You need to avoid this, so eat well and healthy frequently. You should also try to eat foods that tend to harden your stools, as opposed to loosening them.
