You can also boil some pieces of fresh ginger in water and drink the liquid that you get after straining. Olive oil can be gently massaging onto your stomach. After this you should lie down flat. This will help soothe pain in the stomach and make you feel better.

It is believed that eating a ripe banana as soon as you experience the first menstruation cramps will help reduce the pain. Drinking two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with a glass of water can also help reduce the pain of menstruation.

You can also cook some dill in a cup of water till it is boiled. When it is cooked you can add some wine to this and drink this liquid. Sucking on a lollypop or a peppermint also helps ease your pain and makes you forget that you are going through your menstruation cycle. You can boil a one inch piece of fresh ginger in some water. Add some brown sugar to this and allow it to boil. You can then drink this. Heat a cup of water. Add some oregano leaves to this. Cover this and allow it to steep. After five minutes strain this and drink the liquid.

You can also use a small bunch of parsley to extract juice. Grind the leaves and extract the juice. Consuming the juice helps reduce the pain. Other juices that can help reduce the pain of menstruation are beet, cucumber and carrot. Drink at least a glass each of these juices when you are having your menstrual cycle.
