While there are a few steps you can take from home to cure your osteoporosis as well as lower back ache, you are advised to go for a medical consultation. Once you know what your problem is, you should also try to get appropriate treatment for it. While remedial measures taken at home can be of some help, they may not always help to cure you completely.

However, if you take a combination of home remedies as well as medicines, then you may just find that you are able to recover faster and are also generally in a better state of health. Along with medicines, if you also take certain precautionary measures in your food habits, you will find that this help to deal with your problems to a large extent. The first thing is that you should stop consuming excessively sour and salty foods.

This will be of maximum help in taking care of your osteoporosis. This is because sour foods are rich in acids which will hinder the absorption of calcium in your body. You should be taking measures to ensure maximum absorption of calcium in your body so that your bones become less and less brittle. You would also need to increase your intake of rich sources of calcium. Some of the richest sources of calcium are tofu, yogurt, mill and almost all milk products. Make it a point to have some of these things each day to help your body. You should cut down on your intake of tea and coffee and all caffeine products, since these will recue the capacity of your bones to absorb calcium easily or quickly.

You should also make it a point to get adequate rest throughout the day as well as at night. This will also help by making your lower back feel better. It will also provide you with more energy to deal with day to day life. Consult with your doctor and see if you need added calcium supplements in pill form. If this is the case, you should go for it. You should also exercise mildly, as this will also help your body move better and faster. Try to take a daily dosage of Echinacea. This will strengthen your immune system and will prevent you from contracting anything that could simply compound your condition. The most important thing for you however, is to be extremely careful to avoid a fall or any bone injury.
