Dark circles under the eyes are not exclusively related to aging, so they can occur at any point in your life. You therefore need not worry about having developed dark circles at the age of 32. Dark circles are basically caused by the fine blood vessels in the area around the eyes being particularly prominent and the skin in this area being particularly thin. As people get older, skin tends to become thinner and more delicate, making the blood vessels more easily visible, which is the only reason why the problem of dark circles is more common among older people.

Dark circles are commonly associated with a lack of sleep, and to some extent, this may be true. It is therefore important that in the coming weeks you ensure that you get enough sleep every night. Remember that the amount of sleep required by each individual varies - the average is around eight hours of sleep a day, but you may need more or less.

A more important factor however in the development of dark circles is nasal congestion due to allergies. You can try using the standard home remedies for dark circles such as applying lemon juice and water or placing cucumber slices on your eyes; however, these work by only temporarily constricting the blood vessels below the eyes, and are therefore not really solutions to the problem. The best thing for you to do is to visit your doctor and find out what you are allergic to. Once this has been determined, you will need to avoid the substances responsible, or if necessary, undergo treatment for the allergy.

The double chin and belly fat that you mention are on the other hand problems that you can solve all by yourself. The problem is simply that you have put on a lot of weight. There is nothing wrong with your chin or your abdomen - these are just the normal areas in which fat tends to accumulate. What you need to do is start a program to lose weight, involving diet and exercise. Regarding exercise, you do not need to work directly on these areas - simply walking or engaging in any strenuous activity that you enjoy for half an hour a day should be enough. As far as your diet goes, you should simply switch to low fat foods. Cut down the amount of oil you use in your cooking too, and increase your intake of fruits and vegetables.
