From the symptoms described by you its sounds as if you are suffering from Granuloma Annulare. Granuloma Annulare is a skin disease that is generally long term. When you suffer from Granuloma Annulare you will notice reddish coloured bumps on your hands.
These will usually be arranged in a circle. You may also notice that these bumps are a little sore. They may also cause some amount of pain if you press on them. If the bumps on your hands are indeed Granuloma Annulare then you will notice that they follow a certain cycle and improve during the cold months. They get worse during the summer months. However, you will need to get a complete physical examination before you are able to say for certain that you are suffering from Granuloma Annulare. On the other hand, the bumps may simply be an allergic reaction to something that has not agreed with you. If you have recently been gardening or have been messing about with farm animals, then the bumps could be as a result of your body's reaction to something in these things. You should get a complete check up done before you decide on what you are suffering from.
In the meanwhile you can try some simple home remedies and see if it helps the bumps subside. You can use mayonnaise on the bumps. It is better to use either home made of natural mayonnaise since this is more effective. Massage the mayonnaise into your skin and leave it for fifteen minutes. After that wash it off with warm water! Vinegar is also very effective on the bumps. Again you need to massage the vinegar into the bumps and leave on overnight. Do this over a period of at least thirty days and you will see some effect.
In addition to this you can make a difference to your health and help the bumps go down by changing your diet. This means staying away from sweets and from fried and oily food items. It would be better to eat healthy and light foodd Your food should include a high amount of fiberr For this you need to eat lot so fruits and vegetabless Vegetables like radish and beetroot are particularly effectivee You can eat all variety of fruitss Avoid eating food items that contain peanuts and stay away from chocolatet Reduce your intake of tea and coffee and substitute this with fruit juices for a better healtht
