You should also ensure that you wash yourself well. Taking a long soak in a bathtub filled with warm water can give you relief too. After you have soaked you should also ensure that you dry yourself properly since dampness can cause the infection. Using a hair drier will resolve this problem and you should use a drier. In addition to this your clothes also make a difference. Instead of wearing tight clothes, you should slip into some loose and soft clothes. Your underwear should be cotton. It is also essential that the underwear be loose since this will allow your skin to breathe. The clothes you wear over your underclothes should also be made of natural fibers and should be loose, rather than tight.
