Question on running nose, congestion for babies
Will keeping socks on a baby 10 months to 20 months old cause running nose and congestion?

It is an age old practice of infant's wearing socks in general, irrespective of the weather. It keeps the baby warm, especially in cold climates. Wearing socks does not result in cold / chest congestion.
