Weight Loss
hi,I am 24 yrs old. I want to reduce my weight. I am going to gym in the evening 4 pm, Is it good time to go to gym. i don't have time in the morning. i won't eat anything before 3 hrs while going to gym..

The primary concern during a visit to the gym is your convenience and comfort levels. You have not mentioned your profession. If you are at home, is your lunch followed by rest?
A light snack before visiting a gym might prove helpful. You have not mentioned your gender, physical activity, height and kind of work out in the gym.
