In addition to this you can ensure that your general diet consists of a variety of fruits and vegetables. Eat a balanced diet that includes whole grains, nuts, and vegetables. You should avoid eating food that contains white flour and sugar since these will play havoc with your digestion system.

Inability to gain weight and the problem of being underweight are linked to your mental condition and for this reason it is absolutely essential that you remain cool, calm and don't allow yourself to get stressed. Regular physical exercise will certainly help you feel relaxed. This will also help you work up an appetite and keep you fit. You can go for long walks every morning or else opt for a jogging session every day. Practicing yoga is another option since most yoga asanas have the ability to help you relax. Ensure that you get sufficient sleep every day since lack of sleep can affect not only your sense of physical well being but also play havoc with your health.
