Natural Cures for Bladder Infection
A yeast infection is quite a common problem, and is basically a fungal infection that most commonly affects the mouth or the vagina. These are relatively minor problems, although they are often persistent and long lasting. You haven't mentioned where exactly your yeast infection is, how severe it is, or what symptoms you have been experiencing.
If the infection has been bothering you for a long time or occurs frequently, or if the symptoms are very severe, it is best to visit a doctor for treatment. After a point, a yeast infection can do a lot of damage, especially, for example, if an oral infection reaches far into the digestive tract.
For a minor infection, hygiene is the most important treatment.
Keep the affected area clean and dry at all times; wash yourself several times a day, and dry yourself thoroughly each time. You should also drink plenty of water and eat yogurt, which contains good bacteria that help get rid of harmful bacteria and fungi. For vaginal infections, a vaginal douche is sometimes recommended, but you should avoid this as it can do more harm than good. If you have an oral infection however, you can rinse your mouth with a solution of vinegar and water.
