Causes of constant body ache and headache

Any kind of body ache or headache that persists for more than a week is usually a symptom of something else and must not be ignored. You must seek medical help at once to determine if there is any other underlying problem due to which you are facing this ache. A medical examination by a doctor will probably reveal good reasons and not leave you guessing about anything at all. You can take some general steps to take care of the aches and pains, however. The first thing you must do is try to isolate any reason why you should be suffering from this pain. Sometimes, it is merely fatigue caused due to a stressful life which makes you feel this way. If indeed you are tired or overworked, then you should try to slow down your general pace of life. This might go a long way towards easing your body ache and relieving tension, which would help your headache as well.

In order to find relief from a persistent headache, try to sleep it off consistently. Sleeping in a calm and soothing environment will make a difference. Surround yourself with the fragrance of the essential oils of lavender or sandalwood, both of which are known to have soothing effects on the senses. You should also try to light incense stick of the same fragrances so that the smell sets in where you spend most of your time. This will help in the long term as well. Sometimes, headaches are also caused due to indigestion and lack of water in the body. Make it a point to drink lots of water to avoid this situation even unwittingly and check what you eat at all times. Try to get in some exercise in your daily routine. This will help to boost circulation, improve immunity and will also generally make you feel good.
