Gastritis is caused due to malfunctioning of the digestive system. The indigestion causes gastritis and home remedies for gastritis can help to cure it.

The sure cure for the gastritis is drinking coconut water.


Coconut water has the required minerals and vitamins which are essential for the proper functioning of the intestine and thereby the proper digestion of the food.

Other natural remedies for gastric troubles include intake of rice and potatoes. The rice should be cooked with plenty of water.


It helps to get rid of gastritis and relieves the patient from discomfort. Spinach juice mixed with little carrot and beet root juice too helps to remove gastric troubles.

Ajwain should be eaten after meals so that it would aide in better digestion of the food. Hot water should be sipped after the meals and all through the day to allow proper digestion of the food in the body.
