It is not very clear exactly what you are suffering from - your description is extremely brief and rather vague too. I suggest that you visit your doctor, as it is not really possible to diagnose such a case without personally examining the patient and asking a few questions to better understand the symptoms, medical history, and the general state of the person's health. You have also not mentioned for how long you have been experiencing this problem; if it has been happening for over a week, you should certainly visit your doctor, and do so as soon as possible.
Discomfort and uneasiness after a meal could be an indication of a large number of possible problems, some of them minor and some of them major. The palpitations may or may not be part of the same problem. It is possible that the palpitations are due to something else, but are triggered by the stress that you are experiencing due to the discomfort after your meals.
In this case there may be two separate problems - the palpitations may be triggered by the first problem, but they could have their own underlying cause. On the other hand, the palpitations could be an entirely normal reaction to stress. Everyone experiences palpitations occasionally, and if the discomfort after your meals is stressing you out a lot, it could be enough reason for the palpitations.
One possible cause of the discomfort is a peptic ulcer - these ulcers do not always cause pain, but sometimes only cause discomfort and nausea, and the timing of these sensations usually depends on the location of the ulcer. There could also be a problem with your gall bladder; again, this usually involves pain, but in same cases there could only be nausea and discomfort. As mentioned before, the possibilities are many, and only a personal visit to the doctor will help identify the problem.
