There are several simple remedies for putting on pounds. But it is important for you to remember that these remedies will require dedicated hard work. It will take as much effort for you to put on pounds as it would for any other overweight person to lose them.


Needless to say, it is not a matter as simple as eating too much! You would have to follow a simple regimen of eating properly and adequately, as well as putting in some amount of daily exercise towards improving your health in this matter. The dietary changes you should make should include a rich diet that is high in proteins and carbohydrates.


It does not include an increase in fats, since this will only make you gain unhealthy weight. If you concentrate on a nutritious diet, then you would gain weight that is required, as opposed to simple fat increase. This indicates that you would gain muscle rather than just fat, and would remain healthier overall. You should also start eating five meals a day. Try not to skip any, and try to keep your total calorie count to about 2,500 a day. This should help you tremendously.

You would also be required to put in a daily effort of exercising.
