Based on your description, it seems that you are probably suffering from acne. Although facial acne is the most common form of acne, it is not uncommon to have an outbreak on your back. Acne is caused by the blockage of skin pores. You skin produces its own natural oil called sebum. This happens with the sebaceous glands. However, when dead skin cells come in contact with the sebum in these glands, they form a plug. Bacteria in your skin are therefore trapped within the gland itself forming a pustule and causing it to become inflamed.
Your acne is obviously aggravated by eggs and various meats. You will have to at least cut back if not eliminate them completely from your diet. Although it is not yet certain why, there is a definite link between acne and eggs and chicken. If you have the same reactions when you eat sea food as well, then it is definitely the iodine that is aggravating your condition. Iodine cannot cause an outbreak but it can definitely aggravate a preexisting condition.
You can also eat foods like almonds, beans and whole grain products that are high in this mineral. Although zinc itself cannot cure or treat your acne it is found that it increases the efficacy of other acne treatments. If you decide to take a zinc supplement instead make sure that you stick to the recommended dose as an excess of zinc can lead to various health problems.
You can also use a paste made out of fuller's earth as this will help to draw out excess sebum and thus prevent acne. Use raw potato juice to effectively get rid of any scars and blemishes. Lemon juice has bleaching properties and so you can mix a few drops of lemon juice and potato juice and apply it to the affected areas before you go to bed.
