The safest and quickest way to gain weight is through a healthy diet and exercise regimen. Eat foods that are high in carbohydrates and proteins. Fats contain the maximum amount of calories and so you should increase your daily intake of fats by increasing your intake of healthy oils like olive oil, peanut oil and canola oil.
You can also include soft margarines that do not contain trans fats. Do not try to binge on high-fat foods alone but instead have a diet that contains a larger amount of calories than you actually need. Limiting your diet to one specific food type can lead to indigestion and malnutrition.
Nuts not only have a high fat content but they also have various essential nutrients and vitamins. You can have a handful of nuts every morning along with your breakfast. You can also have them along with your salads. You can prepare your own salad dressing using olive oil and lemon juice. Olive oil is considered to be a "heart-healthy" oil and so this dressing is not only high in calories but also very healthy. Try to eliminate or at least cut back on your intake of processed carbohydrates. Processed carbohydrates like white flour products and noodles are tougher to digest and contain less nutrition. Substitute these with whole grain products.
I would suggest that you include resistance training and weight training in your daily exercise routine. This will help you to increase muscle weight and not accumulate fat instead. Do not try to radically alter your diet and exercise schedules as this can cause a lot of health problems including stress, depression and insomnia.
Massage your skin with a mixture of lemon juice and milk. Lemon juice has bleaching properties while milk will help to tone, nourish and moisturize your skin.
