The first thing you need to consider is whether you are doing something to make your feet sweat excessively. Wearing socks made of synthetic materials will of course cause you to perspire a lot, and many of these materials will also not dry quickly, leaving your feet sweaty for long periods of time. In the long run this could also result in fungal infections and other problems.
You should also wear appropriate shoes - tight, closed shoes tend to make you sweat more, especially if they are made of synthetic materials. If the problem is not too severe, you can powder your feet with talcum powder, but if you sweat too much, this will only get messy.
In addition, it will help to keep your body cool in general - the feet tend to have more sweat glands than other parts of the body, and if you yourself are sweating, your feet may sweat the most.
If in spite of doing this, you continue to find that your feet sweat too much, there may be some other problem such as hyperhydrosis, which is excessive sweating on any part of the body. When it affects the feet, the condition is known as plantar hypderhydrosis. If this is the case, you may need medication, so you should consult your doctor.
