Hair Fall Home Remedies

The kind of hair fall you have described is extremely common when you are in your age bracket. The first thing to remember is that you should not be unduly alarmed by it. in all likelihood, you have spent most of your life with your hair tied behind.

After years of being kept this way, hair tends to start breaking from the front part of the scalp, which is the part that feels the most pressure and pull of bunched up hair behind the head. In order to control hair fall, the best thing you can do is to stop tying your hair behind. This is a positive first step in controlling the problem. If your hair is very long, you should think about cutting it short, so that you can hardly tie it up in the first place. This will automatically stop further hair fall.

The other thing you can do is condition your hair richly with oils, so that it does not suffer from undue breakage. For this, you can apply evening primrose oil to your hair twice a week and leave it on overnight. Wash off with a mild shampoo in the morning. This should show you positive results within as little as a month. If you cannot get this oil, you can use pure olive oil instead. This is also equally effective.
