Weight Loss and Diet Advice

Being on a diet which is very rigorous can actually make you lose plenty of weight the first couple of days. It is completely correct to suppose that the first few hundred grams you lose when you go on a diet are only purely water. This is particularly true when you are exercising as well, as you tend to sweat more when you exercise and more often than not, you do not replace the lost quantities of water in this process.

However, it is important for you to remember that any diet or exercise program you would go on should last for at least a month before you hope to see results that will be permanent and not fleeting like the water loss you have mentioned above. It is also extremely important for you to make certain that you start drinking more water when you are on a diet and exercise program. This is because when you exercise, muscles tend to become dehydrated if not properly kept lubricated.

This could also lead to cramps and pulls. Water is the best way to keep your muscles supple and also to keep from feeling weak and suffering from headaches when you are eating less than usual.
