Exhaustion Natural Cures

Exhaustion or fatigue, and weakness are not ailments themselves, but symptoms of other medical conditions. This lack of energy and motivation can be due to another underlying problem, anxiety, depression, stress, lack of sleep and lack of exercise. It can also be caused by abuse of alcohol, caffeine or alcohol.

Heat strokes can also cause exhaustion, as can excessive exercise which leads to dehydration and lowered energy levels. Certain medications and illegal drugs can also lead to fatigue. While fatigue generally is not considered a serious problem and usually goes away with some rest and precautions there are some simply home remedies to which you can resort to combat fatigue.

In order to prevent exhaustion, drink plenty of water and fresh fruit juices, especially while you are exercising. Avoid exerting yourself too much, especially in extreme weather and wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. To combat exhaustion, drink a glass of coconut juice daily since it is high in mineral content and acts as an immediate energy booster. Grape juice and even juice made from 3 dates and 8 oz of water are beneficial. A mixture of grapefruit juice and lemon juice is also helpful in combating fatigue. Drinking cardamom flavoured tea or Nachi green tea acts as an energy booster. When you return from work in the evening, wipe you face with a cool towel soaked in rose water and lie down for 15 minutes with slices of cucumber placed on your closed eyes. Once you remove the cucumber slices hang your head from the side of the bed for 5 minutes. This abets blood circulation in your head and will re-energize you instantly.
