Allergic Reaction Advice
It is highly unlikely that the two sets of symptoms are related, but you should visit a doctor to be on the safe side. The more recent symptoms - the appearance of hives and your lips turning black - seem to be an allergic reaction. The hives are quite certainly caused by an allergic reaction, but the discoloration of your lips is unusual, which is another reason why you should check with your doctor, as it might be more than just an allergic reaction. It is however extremely unlikely that the same thing that caused the hives would have caused the fever, blurred vision and light headedness.
You have not mentioned how recently you suffered these symptoms and whether you got them diagnosed. However, I assume that they were at least a couple of days ago. If all your symptoms had a common cause, the hives would have been among the first things to appear. The fact that they appeared at least a couple of days after the fever and other symptoms seems to indicate that they are unrelated and the timing is probably just a coincidence. However, as mentioned before, it is advisable that you visit a doctor; if nothing else, you can at least try to find out what caused the hives.
