Treatment on Elevated Hematocrit Levels

It is not clear exactly what you are looking for - your question seems to be about how you can maintain an elevated hematocrit. This is not something that can be done on purpose, and is not even desirable.

The hematocrit is a measurement of the volume of red blood cells in relation to your total blood volume - basically the proportion of red cells in the blood.

This measurement is an important component in a blood count test. Normal hematocrit is between 44 per cent and 50 per cent for men and between 36 per cent and 45 per cent for women. Anything above this range is of course considered to be an elevated hematocrit, and anything below is considered to be a lowered hematocrit.

An elevated hematocrit is always an indication of some abnormality. Dehydration can cause hematocrit to go up to some extent, but apart from this, an elevated hematocrit is almost always an indication of disease, although the measurements are quite complex and several factors need to be taken into account.

Hematocrit is not really within your direct control, and in any case there seems to be no reason why you would want an elevated hematocrit. If your hematocrit is elevated and you want to bring it down, you need to treat whatever disease you are suffering from.
