Tanning Skin Home Remedies
If you are a sportsperson, a tan is simply something that you are going to have to deal with. Tanning is a natural process, and is in fact a protective mechanism that is meant to protect the body from harmful UV rays. When we are exposed to sunlight, particularly on a regular basis or for long periods of time, our skin produces more melanin, which is the pigment that gives skin its color.
The more time you spend in the sun, the more melanin is produced, and the darker your skin becomes. The only way you can completely avoid being tanned is to stay out of the sun. This is probably not possible for you, and neither is covering yourself from head to toe each time you go out to play a game. At the most, you can use a sunscreen lotion, but this will not entirely prevent tanning.
There is also no quick way to get rid of a tan - if you avoid sunlight, your skin will gradually become lighter and lighter till it reaches its natural color, but this is certainly not something that will happen in 4 days. In any case, there is nothing wrong with a tan, and especially since you have developed it doing something that you obviously enjoy, you should instead be proud of it.
