Alopecia Natural Remedies
You have not exactly specified as to what you want a remedy for. If you are already completely bald then you cannot expect hair to grow back. The best way to maintain a bald head is to massage it regularly with an oil or lotion.
Therefore if you have not yet lost all your hair and are looking for a solution to reduced hair fall, you can try the following remedies. Generally the most common factor of hair fall is insufficient nourishment of the body. In particular folic acid and vitamin B6 are needed for proper hair re growth, therefore a lack of these two nutrients creates the problem of hair fall.
To remedy this make sure diet contains folic acid and vitamin b6 as well as good quantities of seeds, grains, nuts and vegetables. This will help develop a proper supply of nutrient s to your scalp and encourage the re growth of hair.
The best way to remedy the onset of baldness is to stimulate the blood flow among the nerves of the scalp. You can do this by massaging your head gently. Start with the bottom of the scalp and gently work your way upwards to the top of the head in a circular motion. The stimulation of blood flow is thought to help hair grow better. The use of Indian gooseberry oil is also effective and has been used for a long time as a solution for re growing hair and conditioning it. You can prepare the oil yourself at home. Take a few dried pieces of indian gooseberry and mix them with coconut oil. Boil the mixture and after letting it cool at bit, apply the same to your head.
