Measles Natural Remedy
I am 19years old girl since last week I am suffering from measles. Please, tell me how to remove measles marks on face and on whole body. Please tell me a cure as soon as possible.

Effective Remedies for Measles
Measles - also medically known as rubeola - spreads through respiration and is highly contagious. Measles begins to show its presence through a bout of fever that might last for at least three days. This is followed by a running nose.
And the running nose might be followed by cough after which you might show signs of conjunctivitis as well. The rash though refuses to show up instantly. It takes several days after you've got the fever to spread itself all over the body.
And there is a pattern to the manner in which it spreads. It begins from the head, and then runs all over and causes intense itching. This apart, it also changes color: Initially it's red and then switches to being dark brown.
To tackle measles, you need to slow down. Rest. Relax. Avoid strenuous activities. Drink plenty of fruit juices and include herbal tea too in some of your meals. This helps you to replenish the fluids that you lose because of the fever and the sweating. Lastly, rest your eyes. Dim the lights and get the television out of the living room. Once that is done, close your eyes and meditate for a while. Meditate on the good things in life and slowly, you'll stop ruing the fact that measles have blacked out that one whole hour of primetime TV.
