Take some warm water in a basin and gently wash your feet without rubbing the dry area. Then pat dry your feet and apply a cream that has a urea base. Use a pumice stone to rub of the excess dry skin and then cover your feet with petroleum jelly after which put on a pair socks and then go too bed. Make use of a moisturizing cream everyday and apply it twice to your feet every day.
